1.What kind of nails can it print on?
Natural nails and gel-prepped nails. You apply a base, print the design, then seal it with topcoat and cure it under the lamp included in the launch package.
2.How long do the prints last?
Once sealed with topcoat and cured, a printed design lasts like the gel service you already offer. The prep and finish are covered in your training sessions.
3.The machine is made in China. Does that matter?
It’s made by O’2Nails, and we’re the only official O'2Nails distributor for Canada and the USA. What matters is who you call when you need help, and that’s us, here in Ontario.
4.Do I need special training?
No experience needed. Every machine comes with step-by-step video tutorials, so you’re printing with confidence before your first paying client.
5.Can I actually reach a person?
Yes. Support is answered from Ontario by the people who sold you the machine, not an overseas ticket queue.
6.What’s included in the launch package?
